智通财经APP讯，喆丽控股(02209)发布公告，于2024年11月6日，喆丽物流(公司全资附属公司)与Geek Plus订立机械人协议及装修协议，分别向Geek Plus购买设备及服务，用于丰树仓库自动化仓库系统的设计、供应及安装，以及由Geek Plus提供装修服务及工程，以支持自动化仓库系统。鉴于喆丽物流及Geek Plus需要时间敲定装修协议的条款以及为确保Geek Plus的筹备工作，喆丽物流分别于2024年9月9日及2024年10月14日与Geek Plus就地面平整工程及货架系统安装订立报价。
机械人协议工程范围：Geek Plus将向喆丽物流交付货物及完成自动化仓库系统的安装，并提供1年保养服务;装修协议工程为喆丽物流同意委聘Geek Plus为承包商就丰树仓库提供装修工程。
公告称，喆丽物流租赁丰树仓库以推进计划，即建立一个额外的自动化移动机械人(AMR)仓库。董事认为，签订该等协议以在丰树仓库建立AMR仓库符合集团利益，从而增加集团配送能力，以应对业务的未来增长。预计新的AMR仓库将在2025年4月开始运营。
