　　瑞鑫国际（00724.HK）公布，黄汉水已提出辞任公司执行董事兼财务总监的职位，并不再担任公司授权代表、法律程序代理人、董事会辖下环境、社会及管治委员会成员，以及公司所有相关附属公司董事，自11月30日起生效。

　　集团指，公司及其相关附属公司拖欠黄汉水总计7个月（自今年4月至10月）的薪金103.95万港元、总计67个月的董事费335万港元（自2019年4月至2024年10月）。

　　除尚未支付的薪酬以外，黄汉水确认彼与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无有关彼辞任之事宜须提请公司股东及联交所垂注。

　　另外，由于公司财务状况，曾文思已提出辞任公司的公司秘书，并将不再担任董事会辖下环境、社会及管治委员会成员，自2024年11月30日起生效。曾文思辞任后，公司构成不遵守上市规则第3.28条。公司将物色合适人选填补公司秘书的空缺，并将于适当时发布进一步的公告。

　　公司执行董事之一杨俊杰获委任为公司授权代表之一，公司执行董事之一兼主席李扬则获委任为法律程序代理人，两项委任均自2024年11月30日起生效。

　　公开资料显示，黄汉水于2010年3月出任瑞鑫国际集团执行董事，此前曾于野村证券及标准普尔担任股票分析员。黄汉水，持有新加坡国立大学之工商管理硕士学位、厦门大学之文学士学位。
