智通财经APP获悉，香港地产股普遍承压，截至发稿，领展房产基金(00823)跌4.73%，报36.25港元；九龙仓置业(01997)跌2.15%，报22.8港元；新鸿基地产(00016)跌1.9%，报82.75港元；太古地产(01972)跌0.49%，报16.4港元。
消息面上，市场担忧特朗普当选加征关税会带动通胀上升，从而影响美联储大幅度减息的预期。利嘉阁地产研究部主管陈海潮表示，若特朗普执政，香港楼市的不明朗因素恐加剧，包括需面对美元走强、利率上升及地缘政治紧张等局势，此等均可能影响香港的资金流向及置业意欲。
