美联储一如市场预期减息0.25%。中银香港(02388.HK) 私人银行副总经理陈卫全认为特朗普当选美国总统，预计其经济政策包括减税和提高关税，将刺激经济增长，然而这也可能推高通胀率，促使美联储放慢减息步伐。
陈卫全认为，美联储仍必须保持宽松的货币政策，预测今年内仍会多减0.25个百分点，明年则多减1个百分点，至3.25%水平左右。在减息周期，预期货币政策令美国长债的收益率攀升，美国10年期国债收益率升至4.45%，可能会维持在高位甚至继续上升。
陈卫全指，除了日本以外，全球大部分主要经济体已经进入减息周期，所以全球风险资产目前仍然处于较有利情况。然而陈卫全提醒投资者应注意各大经济体新政府的经济政策，可能导致市场波动加剧。
