在美上市的韩国电商巨头Coupang周四表示，董事长兼创始人金范锡将出售至多1500万股公司股票，并将另外200万股股票捐赠给慈善机构。
该公司表示，金范锡计划将持有的每股拥有29个表决权的Coupang B类股转换为A类普通股，最多出售1500万股。这相当于他持有的1.748亿股B类股的9.7%。
此次出售将于下周在纽约证券交易所开始，并将于明年8月29日前完成。
这将是自Coupang于2021年在华尔街上市以来，金范锡首次抛售该公司的股票。
如果以每股24美元的最新收盘价和1400韩元的美元兑韩元汇率计算，预计抛售规模将超过5000亿韩元（约合3.563亿美元）。
据该公司称，出售的股票将用于财务目的，包括纳税，而另外200万股将捐赠给未指明的慈善机构。
Coupang表示，在此次抛售之后，金范锡仍将持有1.578亿股B类股，仍是第一大股东，并且没有进一步抛售的计划。
