金吾财讯 | 氢能源概念股向好，新奥能源(02688)涨4.88%，京城机电股份(00187)涨4.71%，中国能源建设(03996)涨2.73%，潍柴动力(02338)涨2.39%，东岳集团(00189)涨1.47%。消息面上，四川省人民政府办公厅印发《四川省进一步推动氢能全产业链发展及推广应用行动方案（2024—2027年）》。力争到2027年，四川省氢能产业在高端装备、关键核心技术、基础材料和核心部件等方面实现显著提升，全产业链生态体系更加完备，重点领域实现规模化应用，综合应用成本大幅降低，产业综合实力和应用规模进入全国第一梯队，初步构建起水风光氢天然气等多能互补的新型能源体系。对于日加氢能力500公斤及以上的固定式加氢站和制氢加氢一体站，将按照单站建设固定投资额（不含土地费用）的30%给予最高不超过200万元、500万元的一次性奖励。此外，还支持有条件的市（州）出台降低用氢成本的措施，省级财政将按市（州）支出一定比例给予单个市（州）每年最高不超过2000万元的奖励。对取得重大技术突破的研发项目，按照承担单位对项目实际投入的30%给予最高不超过2000万元的一次性奖励。同时，鼓励企业加快科技成果转化，支持氢能领域重大科技成果申报“聚源兴川”行动计划项目，对符合条件的项目给予最高不超过500万元的支持。
