智通财经APP获悉，太阳能设备制造商SolarEdge Technologies(SEDG.US)于美东时间周三发布了第三季度财报，数据显示，销售额同比下降64%至2.609亿美元，低于分析师普遍预期的2.909亿美元。Non-GAAP每股亏损15.33美元，低于分析师普遍预期。公司减记了10亿美元，并警告称下一季度利润率将为零甚至为负值，股价暴跌逾20%。
第四季度1.9亿美元的营收预期同样令人失望，比分析师预期低38.9%。该公司预计，Non-GAAP毛利率将在- 4%至0%之间，其中包括IRA制造业税收抵免带来的1,000个基点的收益。
临时首席执行官Ronen Faier表示：“随着SolarEdge度过公司历史上的这段艰难时期，我们正在努力追求三个主要优先事项：财务稳定，重新夺回市场份额，并重新关注我们核心的太阳能和存储机会。”
