智通财经APP讯，青岛港(06198)发布公告，该公司全资子公司青港物流拟向广州期货交易所(以下简称“广期所”)申请开展 1.1 万吨多晶硅期货交割仓库业务。
根据《广州期货交易所指定交割仓库管理办法》有关规定，公司需为青港物流开展上述业务有关事宜提供连带责任保证担保，担保期覆盖业务协议书的存续期间以及存续期届满之日起两年。按照交割仓库最高存储数量 1.1 万吨及货物担保单价人民币 6 万元/吨测算，考虑未来多晶硅价格波动的影响，本次担保金额最高不超过人民币 8 亿元，无反担保。
在多晶硅期货实际入库时，青港物流将根据入库多晶硅价值相应购买财产一切险，购买保额将覆盖全部商品价值，公司承担担保责任的可能性极小。
