金融界11月6日消息，中国海外宏洋集团在2024年10月实现的未经审核的合约销售额达到人民币5,050,000,000元，同比增长57.9%；合约销售面积430,900平方米，同比增长58.5%。今年1至10月累计合约销售额为人民币31,456,000,000元，同比下滑16.4%，累计合约销售面积2,758,600平方米，同比下滑12.0%。截至2024年10月底，累计认购未签约金额为人民币892,000,000元，认购未签约面积为71,700平方米。中国海外宏洋集团未新增土地储备，累计新增总建筑面积为607,106平方米，总土地价格为人民币2,832,710,000元。以上数据未经审核。
