智通财经APP获悉，教育股全线走高，截至发稿，中教控股(00839)涨5.65%，报5.05港元；卓越教育集团(03978)涨5.12%，报3.08港元；新东方-S(09901)涨3.85%，报47.15港元；中国东方教育(00667)涨3.33%，报3.1港元。
消息面上，10月28日，国务院办公厅印发《关于加快完善生育支持政策体系推动建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》。针对教育，文件提出扩大优质教育资源供给，建立生育补贴。信达证券认为，政策旨在完善生育支持政策体系和激励机制，为推动实现适度生育水平、促进人口高质量发展提供有力支撑；政策有望推动出生率的提高，进而带动教育需求的提升。
浙商证券发布研报称，K12暑期/三季度收入普遍保持20%-40%增长下个季度收入增速预计普遍有所放缓，盈利能力延续分化；考虑到教培板块的动态估值水平在消费板块中已较高，具备基本面的公司短期应关注产能扩张节奏与招生增长节奏的匹配性。此外，民办高教率先受益港股回暖，美联储降息周期开始+央行政策刺激，港股若出现整体反弹，近两年低估值的高教高股息板块历次行情演绎或较为靠前。
