瑞丽医美(02135.HK) 公布，间接全资附属九美信禾于截至今年3月31日止年度已产生约240万元人民币纯利，较第二个有关期间之保证纯利低出约860万元人民币。因此认为九美信禾第二个有关期间之实际纯利未能达成盈利保证。
瑞丽医美亦披露，旗下间接全资附属深圳瑞泉管理咨询于昨日(6日)，与两位独立第三方彭晓南及阮志灵订立出售协议。据悉，深圳瑞泉管理咨询同意以372万元人民币，将九美信禾全部股权出售予上述两位独立第三方。
瑞丽医美表示，于出售协议日期及完成前，九美信禾为其间接全资附属公司。于出售事项完成后，九美信禾将不再为公司之附属公司。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
