消息面上，公司近日与Meteora Capital Partners签署了一份相互终止协议（“终止协议”），该协议涵盖了 SPAC 合并完成前于 2023 年 8 月达成的先前远期购买协议。
根据终止协议，公司或 Meteora 根据远期购买协议对另一方承担的所有义务均已完全履行。作为终止协议的一部分，公司将向 Meteora 支付 200,000 美元的终止费，并同意如果公司在 24 个月内提交转售登记声明，则向 Meteora 发行 200,000 股普通股。与本协议的达成相关，公司预计将在截至 2024 年 11 月 30 日的第二季度因 FPA 终止而获得约 2000 万至 2500 万美元的收益。
