数字王国(00547.HK) 公布，旗下子公司数字王国游戏媒体，与台股上市的内存模组及闪存公司威刚签订经销协议。据悉，数字王国游戏媒体将作为威刚旗下全方位游戏品牌“XPG”产品，于大中华区及美洲区的独家总经销商。
为进行经销业务，数字王国游戏媒体自生效日2024年11月11日至2026年12月31日，将就独家经销权向威刚采购“XPG”产品，以销售及分销给经销地区的第三方客户，产品为“XPG”品牌旗下所有现有及未来产品，包括如电脑内存、储存装置、电脑及游戏周边产品及配件等，并须于每历年向威刚支付年度授权费50万美元。
依照双方协议，自生效日起至2024年12月31日止期间之采购金额与授权费用，总计将为1,358万美元；2025年12月31日止年度费用总计为7,650万美元；2026年12月31日止年度费用则总计为1.35亿美元。(js/w)
