百德国际(02668.HK) 公布，近期接获由广东省深圳市中级人民法院颁布的书面民事判决书，内容有关由银行提出法律诉讼，以收回借款合同项下之未偿还金额。
根据民事判决书，深圳金胜须偿还金额合共为2.79亿元人民币(下同)之贷款本金，并向银行支付约780万元之贷款利息，以及有关违约的相应违约利息及复利。
另外，百德国际及其若干附属公司须根据借款合同，就深圳金胜的债务承担连带担保责任。深圳金胜及其担保人(包括百德国际及其若干附属公司)已被勒令，就法律诉讼向法院支付合共约150万元之受理费及财产保全令申请费。
百德国际表示，已向其中国法律顾问就民事判决书寻求法律意见，包括提出上诉驳回深圳金胜根据借款合同应付的贷款利息金额。同时，集团管理层将就违约产生的事宜继续寻求与银行达成和解。(js/w)
