格隆汇11月12日｜纽约时报的技术员工工会Tech Guild周一在X上发帖称，工会将结束在美国总统大选前一天开始的为期一周的罢工，并将于周二恢复工作。纽约时报600多名技术员工，包括软件工程师、设计师和产品经理，此前在薪酬和工作保障合同谈判陷入僵局后举行罢工，并计划在关键的选举日期间每天举行抗议活动。纽约时报发言人在一封电子邮件回复路透称，自罢工开始以来，工会与出版商之间的谈判一直没有进展；公司期待继续与工会合作，达成一份公平的合同。据悉，该技术工会与纽约时报的合同谈判已经持续了两年多之久。
