智通财经APP讯，中国恒大(03333)发布公告，根据于2024年11月11日发出的命令，法院指示取消原定于2024年11月14日上午10时正举行的聆讯，及将申请押后，以于将予厘定的日期(预留一日)举行聆讯。法院亦表示聆讯日期很可能不会早于2025年2月20日。
根据于2024年11月5日发出的命令，法院指示，倘于任何债券、票据或类似文书中持有经济权益(据此公司对其负有责任)的任何人士(最终持有人)希望在聆讯中发言，则该最终持有人同样有权出席聆讯并在聆讯中发言。倘超过3名最终持有人表示有意在聆讯中发言，则需寻求法院的进一步指示。于2024年11月7日，已向清盘人已知的最终持有人发出该指示通知(第二份通知)。
