Vividthree (SGX:OMK) said Lee Hoon Hwee has resigned as chief operating officer, effective Nov. 22, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Lee will step down to pursue personal goals. The company confirmed no unresolved issues with the board regarding his departure. He holds 9.7 million shares in the company.
