智通财经APP获悉，医疗器械股多数走高，截至发稿，微创医疗(00853)涨5.01%，报6.92港元；上海医药(02607)涨4.05%，报13.36港元；国药控股(01099)涨3.14%，报21.35港元；微创机器人-B(02252)涨2.64%，报10.1港元；春立医疗(01858)涨1.31%，报8.52港元。
消息面上，11月11日，国家医保局办公室财政部办公厅印发《关于做好医保基金预付工作的通知》。通知中强调，医保预付金是为帮助定点医疗机构缓解医疗费用垫支压力、提高医疗服务能力、增强参保人员就医获得感设置的周转资金，用于药品和医用耗材采购等医疗费用周转支出，不得用于医疗机构基础建设投入、日常运行、偿还债务等非医疗费用支出。药品和医用耗材集中带量采购医保基金专项预付按原规定执行。
光大证券认为，近期医保政策频出，其背后折射的是中国的医改已经进入深水区，触及到支付制度的深层结构，过往的院内利益关系和社会结构将被重塑。预付制度的逐步推进有望改善产业链的整体账期，其中流通企业受益较为直接，建议关注国药控股(H)、上海医药、华润医药等；多元化支付结构的建立，将打开创新药、创新器械的新放量空间。
