于2024年10月8日至2024年11月7日期间，公司进一步于公开市场以平均价格约每股6.7855港元继续购买合计2166.4万股中集安瑞科股份(股份，本次增持股份，与前次增持合称“两次增持”)，占中集安瑞科已发行股份总数约1.068%。于本次增持股份前，公司通过中集香港及其全资附属公司合计持有中集安瑞科13.79亿股股份，占中集安瑞科已发行股份总数约68.006%。于本次增持股份后，公司通过中集香港及其全资附属公司合计持有中集安瑞科14.01亿股股份，占中集安瑞科已发行股份总数约69.074%。公司两次增持合计3000万股，占中集安瑞科已发行股份总数的1.48%。
