【龙光集团：境外债务重组最后截止日期延长至12月2日】金十数据11月11日讯，龙光集团(03380.HK)披露了境外债务重组的最新进展。公告称，根据公司与债权人小组订立的债权人支持协议，最后截止日期已由2024年11月11日进一步延长至2024年12月2日，以获得更多时间就境外重组进行持续磋商。龙光集团曾在9月30日的公告中称，公司境外重组已取得重大进展，即持有现有票据未偿还本金总额超过92%的持有人已签署债权人支持协议。另外，2024年8月15日，公司拥有50%股权的相关项目公司麒湾（香港）投资有限公司已成功就凯玥项目获得一笔82亿港元的再融资，凯玥项目为公司重要境外资产，对境外重组至关重要。凯玥是龙光集团及合景泰富在香港合作发展的超级豪宅项目，但两家出险后，先是传出李嘉诚的长实集团有意接盘该项目，后又遭到境外资本的恶意收购。
