于2024年10月，集团房地产出租物业共168个，总建筑面积约1551.78万平方米;2024年10月份租金收入约人民币10.27亿元，商业运营收入约人民币11.01亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2024年1月至10月累计租金收入约人民币98.76亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币105.85亿元(即含税租金收入)。
