智通财经APP讯，力量发展(01277)公布，由该公司间接全资附属公司宁夏力量矿业有限公司所拥有位于宁夏回族自治区的永安煤矿已于2024年11月8日正式进入联合试运转，预期于2026年达至满产。
永安煤矿南北跨度约为6.5公里，东西跨度约为3.6公里，矿区面积约为21.7平方公里。永安煤矿产出多种煤炭，包括焦煤、1/3焦煤及肥煤，设计产能约为每年120万公吨。于本公告日期，永安煤矿蕴含煤炭资源总量约2.2422亿公吨，其中包括控制煤炭资源量约6,322万公吨及推断煤炭资源量约1.6100亿公吨。
永安煤矿配套一座先进的选煤厂，其设计洗选加工能力为每年约240万公吨。经过洗选后的精煤为优质的炼焦煤，可作为焦化用煤、炼焦配煤、动力用煤、煤化工用煤等，客户多为焦化企业、钢铁企业等。
公告称，预期永安煤矿将增加集团的整体产出，并为集团的营运效率作出积极贡献。该集团得以开拓焦煤业务，从而突破集团在内蒙古经营单一煤矿的局限。该集团的营运将继续以安全及可持续发展为先。董事会相信，永安煤矿进入联合试运转对公司及其股东整体有利。
