智通财经APP获悉，红星美凯龙(01528)高开逾11%，截至发稿，涨11.11%，报2.5港元，成交额233.25万港元。
消息面上，11月8日晚间，红星美凯龙发布公告，拟将旗下的北京至尊MALL物业资产及位于山东省烟台的红星美凯龙建材生活商场共同作为底层资产，通过向合格投资者募集资金并设立资产支持计划，发行规模不超过27.5亿元，期限不超过18年。
上述底层资产由美凯龙控股子公司北京红星美凯龙世博家具广场有限公司(以下简称“北京世博”)和烟台红星美凯龙家居有限公司(以下简称“烟台红星”)分别持有。该计划下，美凯龙作为原始权益人，国寿投资保险资产管理有限公司(以下简称“国寿投资”)作为受托人，美凯龙作为运营支持机构，在本次支持计划存续期间承担各项目公司的运营支出。
本次支持计划受益凭证分为优先级受益凭证和次级受益凭证，其中优先级受益凭证发行规模为不超过26.82亿元;次级受益凭证发行规模为不超过0.68亿元，由美凯龙认购。本次支持计划的差额补足义务人为联发集团有限公司；本次支持计划的担保人为厦门建发股份有限公司。
