智通财经APP获悉，亚信科技(01675)午后涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.22%，报5.85港元，成交额3383.54万港元。
消息面上，科创板公司亚信安全公告称，公司通过现金购买股权+表决权委托方式对港股亚信科技的收购正式完成。交易完成后，亚信安全将间接控制亚信科技29.921%的表决权，成为该公司控股股东。
亚信科技董事会认为买方集团作为战略股东，进一步优化了公司股权架构，并将保持公司治理架构、战略规划及执行的长远稳定。同时，有利于双方利用各自的优势和深化未来在“云网安”的战略协同效应，成为“懂网、懂云、懂安全”的公司，并有利于提升集团整体价值。公告称，亚信科技董事会成员发生变动，信跃升、程希科、高群耀辞任董事职务，而郭尊华、何政、蒋健和王镭被委任为新董事。
