智通财经APP获悉，医思健康(02138)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.67%，报0.7港元，成交额164.08万港元。
消息面上，医思健康公布，截至2024年9月30日止的六个月(期内)，预期整体销售额不少于21亿港元，同比下跌不多于4%；期内集团所提供的医疗服务销售额同比下跌不多于3%；期内集团中国香港及中国澳门美学医疗、美容及养生服务的销售额同比下跌不多于5%；期内集团中国内地美学医疗、美容及养生服务的销售额同比下跌不多于49%；及期内集团其他服务销售额同比增长不少于12%。
另外，医思健康宣布，向独立第三方出售医疗服务及医学影像服务附属New Medical Centre 51%股权，代价4.38亿港元。同时，收购医学先进影像服务附属HKMAI TST余下40%股权至全资拥有，代价1694万港元，拟以内部资源拨资。
