Hotel Properties' (SGX:H15) subsidiary, Luxury Peak, was awarded a collective sale tender for Concorde Hotel and Shopping Mall for SG$821 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The company owns around 95.4% of the strata area of the property through five of its subsidiaries.
The award of the collective sale tender is subject to approval from the Strata Title Boards, the filing added.
