据道琼斯旗下新闻网站MarketWatch报道，当地时间8日，美国光伏逆变器制造商Enphase Energy宣布，公司正着手进行一项重组计划，其中包括裁减约500名员工和承包商，并裁撤在墨西哥的部分业务，同时削减成本、提高效率。公司表示，裁员将在明年上半年完成。

根据Enphase Energy今年2月提交的报告，截至去年年底，公司拥有3157名员工，其中大部分在美国。据悉，今年以来，Enphase Energy的股价已累计下跌49%。
