消息面上，皖通高速近日发布业绩，公司第三季度营收为19.9亿元，同比下降1.47%；归母净利润为4.11亿元，同比下降19.57%。前三季度营收为50.43亿元，同比增长16.10%；归母净利润为12.21亿元，同比下降9.60%。申万宏源指出，考虑到宣广高速改扩建完工时间比预期滞后，宣广高速和广祠高速车流量下滑超预期。同时，考虑到公司主要路产货车流量偏弱，我们下调24-26年公司主要路产车流量假设。基于以上假设，下调公司业绩预测。
值得注意的是，中邮保险发布公告称，增持并举牌皖通高速H股股票。公告显示，2024年10月22日，中邮保险买入皖通高速H股股票28.4万股触发H股举牌。本次举牌后，中邮保险直接持有皖通高速H股股票2482.8万股，占其H股股本比例为5.0360%。
