11月11日消息，近日，来自美国的奢侈服装品牌拉夫劳伦在天猫“双11”的GMV（商品交易总额）超过16亿，但退货率却达到了惊人的95%。有报道称，这种现象的原因是一些消费者为了享受满减，加购拉夫劳伦的商品，一旦优惠到手，这些商品就七天无理由退回，被认为和天猫平台今年的满减机制有关系。

　　对此，天猫公关总监里皮表示，Ralph Lauren品牌旗舰店双11期间成交表现非常好。到目前为止，“凑单引发高退货率”的几篇报道和评论，没有一篇向平台和品牌进行过任何采访查证。所谓“高退货率”数字纯属以讹传讹，越传越邪。

　　里皮表示，“请个别老师，别抄网贴写稿了，多感受下真实的生活，真实的生活当中才有真有价值的新闻。”“最后顺便说一下，更别随便教别人做生意了。”

　　他直言，“如果真有意在商业上有所体验，建议可以先到闲鱼卖一两单闲置。”
