智通财经APP讯，彩虹新能源(00438)公布，于2024年11月12日，第五届监事会职工监事张莉女士因其他工作安排已于临时股东大会之日起卸任职工监事职位。根据公司工会2024年11月12日出具的函件，公司职工代表大会推选姚瑞先生及骆宏伟先生担任第六届监事会职工监事。
同日，杨桦女士获选为公司董事长，赵乐飞先生获选为公司监事会主席。
此外，马志斌先生获聘任为公司总经理，吴文超先生、倪华东先生、高锋安先生获聘任为公司副总经理，黄卫宏先生获聘任为公司财务总监，牛新春先生获聘任为公司董事会秘书，任期自公司第六届董事会第一次会议审议通过之日起，至第六届董事会任期届满之日止。
经公司第六届董事会第一次会议审议通过，董事会委任南颖女士担任公司证券事务代表。
