IT之家 11 月 11 日消息，英国豪华跑车制造商路特斯宣布，由于市场需求变化和市场环境演变，公司将在英国裁员 200 人。

路特斯上周向员工确认了裁员消息，公司将尝试重新安置部分员工，并计划探索如何“在企业内部保留特定技能和知识”的方法。

IT之家注意到，这并不是路特斯最近唯一一次裁员，去年 7 月该公司就曾进行过裁员，并且今年 1 月再次裁减了一批员工。

路特斯在一份声明中表示：“路特斯汽车最新的组织变革是为了确保公司拥有正确的组织结构，以实现可持续运营。根据市场需求和不断变化的市场条件对资源进行评估后，公司正在优化内部流程和结构，以实现其长期业务目标。”

上周，路特斯高级性能项目执行董事 Simon Lane 也辞去了职务。路特斯表示，公司仍专注于按时交付已有的订单。

就在几个月前，路特斯刚刚发布了 Theory 1 概念车，这款三座概念车配备了两台电动机，总功率高达 986 马力，可在不到 2 秒内加速至 100 公里 / 小时，最高时速可达 320 公里 / 小时。路特斯尚未宣布 Theory 1 是否会量产，但预计其将对品牌下一代跑车 Type 135 产生重大影响，这款新车型将作为 Emira 的电动继任车型，预计将于 2027 年投产。原计划由路特斯和 Alpine 合作打造，但两家公司在项目中途分道扬镳。
