中信金融资产(02799.HK) 公布，拟在前期投资的基础上，进一步优化投资路径及加大投资力度。
据公告指，公司拟聘请中信证券、中信建投作为专业顾问，进一步推进投资配置的方案，包括在合计投资规模不超过503亿元人民币(下同)范围内，通过签订股份转让协议以112.66亿元，进一步购买中信股份(00267.HK) 的4.88%股份；以不超过260亿元进一步购买中国银行(03988.HK) 股份；以不超过40亿元进一步购买光大银行(06818.HK) 股份；以及委托中信信托、中信证券、中信建投及中信银行，以不超过200亿元设立单一资产服务信托开展投资。(js/w)
