智通财经APP获悉，东南亚科技公司Sea Ltd (SE.US)在第三季度的营收超出预期，得益于其电子商务、娱乐和金融服务业务的显著增长。随着消费者为假期和旅游季节做准备，Sea的电子商务平台Shopee在东南亚和中国台湾的购买量激增。公司还拓展了数字金融和娱乐业务，以满足该地区日益增长的服务需求。
财报显示，第三季度，Sea的营收增长30.8%，达到43.3亿美元，超出分析师预期的40.8亿美元。其中，电子商务收入增长42.6%，达到31.8亿美元，数字娱乐收入为4.978亿美元，数字金融服务收入为6.157亿美元，均超过预期。Sea 第三季度净利润1.53亿美元，去年同期净亏损1.44亿美元;每股收益 (EPS) 为 0.24 美元，符合分析师的预期。
该公司第三季度总订单额增长24.2%，达到28亿。Sea公布的调整后EBITDA为5.213亿美元，远超分析师预期的4.809亿美元。
Sea董事长兼首席执行官Forrest Li表示：“这又是一个稳健的季度，我们的三项业务均实现了高增长。”他进一步指出，Shopee有望实现全年GMV同比增长25%的预期，并强调：“我们在恢复高增长的同时提高了盈利能力。”
本季度，Shopee在亚洲和巴西均实现了正调整后的EBITDA。随着我们继续专注于实现增长，我们预计Shopee未来将继续保持盈利。”
受此消息影响，这家总部位于新加坡的公司在美国上市的股票在盘前交易中上涨超6%。
