Health care stocks were mixed premarket Monday as the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) was up 0.9% and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) was down 0.1% recently.
Cigna Group (CI) shares advanced by nearly 8% after the company said it is not pursuing a combination with Humana (HUM), and expects to communicate that to investors and analysts in meetings over the next several weeks. Humana shares were down nearly 6% pre-bell.
RadNet (RDNT) shares rose nearly 19% after the company reported higher Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.
Autolus Therapeutics (AUTL) shares were up nearly 5% after the company said its Aucatzyl programmed T-cell therapy has received marketing authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
