Unity Software (NYSE:U) has filed a registration statement with the SEC for a proposed offering of securities.
The registration statement contains a base prospectus, covering the sale by the company or selling securityholders of Unity Software (U) common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, and/or warrants to purchase any of such securities, and a resale prospectus covering sale by selling stockholders of up to 7.87M company shares pursuant to a registration rights agreement, dated as of Nov. 7, 2022.
The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of securities by selling securityholders.
Shares of Unity Software (U) were down around 8% premarket on Friday.
