智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)涨超10%，截至发稿，涨10.48%，报1.37港元，成交额1.09亿港元。
消息面上，据报道称，埃塞尔比亚贸易和区域一体化部长Kasahun Gofe宣布，该部之前的水泥贸易安排将于2024年11月8日停止。他解释说，水泥生产商现在有权选择自己的分销商和零售商，以合理的价格向消费者提供产品。自2022年以来，该部一直要求水泥厂以固定价格向指定批发商出售其产品，以稳定飙升的水泥成本。
长江证券此前研报指出，公司产能布局逐步完善，海外是核心增量。截至上半年，集团总产能达3430万吨，包括21条熟料生产线，在陕西省、新疆省、贵州省、莫桑比克、刚果金、埃塞俄比亚及乌兹别克斯坦的产能分别达2170、350、180、200、150、130、250万吨。其中埃塞俄比亚目前水泥需求强劲，公司预计亚的斯亚贝巴、阿姆哈拉州及奥罗米亚州等地区将会展开多个重点项目。
