消息面上，康宁杰瑞制药-B发布公告，集团自主研发的用于治疗HER2 表达晚期或转移性实体瘤的JSKN033的I/II期临床试验的最新研究成果入选2024年SITC年会最新突破性摘要，且于年会期间以壁报形式首次公布，公司网站亦相应公布了此研究成果。
据悉，JSKN033-101是一项开放、多中心及首次人体的I/II期临床试验，旨在评估 JSKN033在晚期HER2表达实体瘤(IHC≥1+)或HER2突变非小细胞肺癌患者中的安全性、耐受性和初步有效性。JSKN033，HER2双特异性抗体ADC与PD-L1抑制剂的创新型皮下注射高浓度复方制剂，用于治疗晚期实体瘤。截至2024年10月14日，剂量递增阶段研究共入组11例患者，分5个剂量组接受 JSKN033单药治疗：1例患者为1.1mg/kg、1例患者为2.3mg/kg、3例患者为4.5mg/ kg、3例患者为5.6mg/kg、3例患者为6.7mg/kg。
