豪威推出首款超小尺寸传感器OV0TA1B，用于笔记本存在检测、人脸识别和常开功能等
IT之家 11 月 12 日消息，国产 CMOS 厂商豪威集团今日发布了全新的 OV0TA1B 单色 / 红外 CMOS 图像传感器，号称是首款也是唯一一款适用于 3 毫米模块 Y 尺寸以及小型笔记本电脑、网络摄像头和物联网设备的解决方案。
这款传感器可在基于人工智能（AI）的人类存在检测（HPD）、人脸识别和常开（AON）技术中使用。
OV0TA1B 提供红外和单色两种使用选择，具体取决于客户的设计需求（在系统有另一个独立 RGB 摄像头的情况下）。该传感器采用基于 PureCel 像素技术的 2 微米像素，具有 MTF（调制传递函数），能够支持 HPD 和人脸识别功能。
OV0TA1B 能以 30 帧 / 秒的帧率提供 440x360 分辨率的画面，是一款采用 1/15.8 英寸光学格式的低功耗 220x180（2.58mW@3fps）图像传感器。
IT之家从豪威集团获悉，OV0TA1B 现已出样，并将于 2025 年第一季度投入量产。
