中国有色矿业签署吉卡明矿石加工补充协议 年度上限6423万美元
财中社11月12日电中国有色矿业（01258）发布公告，称其附属公司中色华鑫湿法于2024年11月11日与吉卡明签署了吉卡明矿石加工协议的2号补充协议，协议有效期为2024年10月2日至2025年10月1日。该协议构成持续关联交易，因吉卡明在本公司附属公司刚波夫矿业中持有45%股份，且交易的建议年度上限为6423万美元（不含增值税），高于0.1%但低于5%的适用百分比，因此需遵守相关上市规则。
根据协议，吉卡明将每月向中色华鑫湿法运输符合规格的铜矿石进行加工，预计每月可生产约1,000吨阴极铜，平均加工价格为每吨4500美元（不含增值税）。此外，协议规定了不同酸溶铜含量矿石的加工费用，并约定如硫酸市场价格波动超出一定范围，双方可协商调整加工费用。过去交易金额显示，自2022年4月29日至年底、2023年全年、2024年前9个月，双方的相关交易金额分别为356万美元、1159万美元和2172万美元。
