Perpetual (ASX:PPT) rejigged its executive team to establish a leadership structure for its asset management business, according to a Nov. 8 filing with the Australian bourse.
Chief Operating Officer Craig Squires will move to the role of executive, transitional services, in relation to the scheme of arrangement with investment firm, KKR. James MacNevin will succeed Squires as COO. Both appointments will take effect immediately.
Meanwhile, Chief Risk and Sustainability Officer Sam Mosse will depart in 2025, following an orderly transition over the next few months to Allan Lo Proto, who will be appointed as chief risk officer, the filing stated.
