智通财经APP讯，中升控股(00881)发布公告，该公司董事会注意到公司股份的股价及交易量近日有所增加以及有关公司潜在合作分销赛力斯旗下的新能源汽车的网络新闻。
董事会谨此指出，公司与赛力斯签订了初步协商协议，同意就合作分销其旗下的新能源汽车进行进一步磋商。
公告称，除了上述的商业机会以外，其并不知悉有关导致公司股份的成交价格及成交量的任何原因，或任何必须公布以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的资料，或任何根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露的内幕消息。
此外，公司已向联交所申请公司股份(股份代号：881)及债务证券(股份代号：5138、40224及40529)自2024年11月12日上午九时正起恢复买卖。
