【恒大突发 复牌与重组遥遥无期】金十数据11月12日讯，今日午间，中国恒大在港交所公告称，法院指示取消原定于11月14日上午10时举行之聆讯，及将申请押后，聆讯日期很可能不会早于2025年2月20日。尽管清盘人今年以来动作不断，但是可能面对庞大负债的中国恒大，需要找到满足复牌指引的重组方案亦是困难重重。中国恒大表示，尽管清盘人已从公司资产获取少量价值的回收，公司的流动资金及其他内部资源仍然有限。考虑到公司的债务水平以及集团业务及营运所面临的挑战，在公司缺乏重大新投资的情况下，清盘人目前尚未觅得可促成公司满足复牌指引并恢复股份买卖的重组方案。清盘人欢迎任何有意参与公司（或其组成部分）重组的潜在投资者与其联络。值得一提的是，除了中国恒大，恒大汽车的引战也遭遇挫折。10月25日，中国恒大和恒大汽车双双公告，接获潜在卖方的通知，已决定停止与潜在买方有关潜在股份转让的所有讨论，并已决定不继续进行潜在股份转让。这意味着，筹划约5个月的恒大汽车引战动作宣告结束。此前恒大集团等潜在卖方打算转让绝大多数股份从而获得资金支持。
