智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.78%，报0.74港元，成交额794.92万港元。
消息面上，中信金融资产发布公告，近年来，公司把握市场机遇开展了一系列投资配置，取得积极成效。为实现股东利益最大化，公司拟在前期投资的基础上，进一步优化投资路径，加大投资力度。公司拟聘请中信证券、中信建投作为专业顾问，进一步推进投资配置的方案包括在合计投资规模不超过人民币503亿元的范围内：
①通过签订股份转让协议以约人民币112.66亿元进一步购买中信股份的4.88%股份；②以不超过人民币260亿元进一步购买中国银行股份；③以不超过人民币40亿元进一步购买光大银行股份；及④委托中信信托(作为受托人)、中信证券(作为顾问)、中信建投(作为顾问)及中信银行(作为托管人)以不超过人民币200亿元设立单一资产服务信托开展投资。除第④项信托产品约定存续期限3年外，第①至③项交易拟在本项方案于临时股东大会上获正式通过之日起12个月内实施，如未能在此期限内完成，届时公司将视需要另行履行公司治理程序。
