智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，黑石集团(BX.US)旗下一家子公司正在就收购美国工业伙伴公司(AIP)少数股权进行深入谈判。其中一位知情人士说，交易尚未最终敲定，但若达成协议，或在未来几周内宣布。交易条款尚未得知。
American Industrial Partners拒绝置评，黑石集团的代表没有回应置评请求。
总部位于纽约的美国工业合作伙伴公司(American Industrial Partners)，也被称为AIP，以在中型市场工业公司进行私募股权投资而闻名。本月早些时候报道宣布AIP完成收购爱科集团(AGCO.US)谷物和蛋白质部门，该公司管理资产规模约为160亿美元。
AIP由普通合伙人Kim Marvin、John Becker和Dino Cusumano以及首席投资官Toni Rinnevaara和首席运营官Justin Fish领导。该公司网站显示，该公司成立于1988年，曾投资过Boart Longyear、Molycop和Austin Powder等公司。
去年，AIP为其第八个基金——美国工业伙伴资本基金VIII募集了50亿美元。
