智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，德国汉莎航空公司(DLAKY.US)与意大利政府就收购ITA Airways的价格产生分歧，有望最早于当地时间周一敲定收购这家亏损航空公司的交易。知情人士称，周一晚间已接近完成谈判，最大的争议点得到了解决。
上周，由于ITA的价值自最初的2023年协议以来已经下跌，汉莎航空要求在原本约定的3.25亿欧元(合3.46亿美元)的价格基础上折价收购ITA公司41%的股份，但该协议遭遇了意外阻碍。
意大利政府对此表示反对，使得交易在最后阶段被置于不确定性之中。不过知情人士说，谈判周一晚间接近完成，最大的争议点得到了解决，但他们拒绝提供细节。外媒未能立即联系到汉莎航空、意大利财政部长和ITA航空的代表置评。
据悉，出售ITA将使意大利总理乔治娅•梅洛尼(Giorgia Meloni)得以卸下对ITA前身Alitalia的管理责任。几十年来，这家意大利航空公司一直在消耗国家资源。
