消息面上，医脉通发布公告，公司于2024年11月11日与M3签订了2024年续约协议，将原有的精准营销及企业解决方案服务框架协议的有效期延长至2027年12月31日。根据协议，公司将继续向M3及其联络人提供数字市场研究服务及数字内容创建与推送服务。历史交易金额显示，2021年、2022年及2023年的年度服务费用分别为984万元、895万元及897万元，而截至2024年6月30日的六个月服务费用为514万元。
在新的年度上限方面，2025年至2027年期间的年度上限均建议为2000万元，较之前的年度上限(1360万元)有所增加。此变化反映了公司对未来市场需求的预期及其在数字服务领域的扩展潜力。公告还指出，M3为公司的控股股东，故本次交易被视为持续关联交易，相关交易仅需遵循上市规则的申报及公告规定，而无需独立股东批准。
