中国恒大11月12日公告，根据2024年11月11日发出的命令，法院指示取消原定于2024年11月14日上午10时正举行的聆讯，聆讯日期很可能不会早于2025年2月20日。

　　中国恒大公告显示，根据2024年11月5日发出的命令，法院指示，倘于任何债券、票据或类似文书中持有经济权益（据此公司对其负有责任）的任何人士（最终持有人）希望在聆讯中发言，则该最终持有人同样有权出席聆讯并在聆讯中发言。倘超过3名最终持有人表示有意在聆讯中发言，则需寻求法院的进一步指示。2024年11月7日，已向清盘人已知的最终持有人发出该指示通知（第二份通知）。

　　根据公告，中国恒大股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
