智通财经APP讯，立德教育(01449)发布公告，于2024年11月11日，黑龙江工商学院与横琴租赁就售后租回租赁资产(横琴)订立设备购买协议(横琴)及融资租赁协议(横琴)，售价为人民币3000万元及总租赁付款为人民币3399.94万元。
租赁资产(横琴)包括网络设备、计算机设备(如机箱、摄像头、打印机及显示器)、实验平台、实验室仪器(如计量及测试机器)、多媒体工具(如投影仪及智能板)、模拟仓库等。
公告称，透过订立融资租赁安排(横琴)，集团可获得财务资源以为建设哈南校区拨资及应付其一般营运资金需求，同时集团的营运不会因出售租赁资产(横琴)而受到影响，因为该等资产会即时回租予集团。根据融资租赁安排(横琴)，概无向横琴租赁转让资产的拥有权或使用权。根据国际财务报告准则，融资租赁安排(横琴)项下拟进行交易并不构成资产出售，故不会产生任何需于集团收益表内入账的收益或亏损。于租期届满后，集团可支付名义保留金以将租赁资产(横琴)转回予集团。因此，实际上及就会计处理而言，融资租赁安排(横琴)实际上与借入一项有抵押贷款大致相同。
