智通财经APP获悉，11月12日，香港证监会就环球智能控股有限公司（智能）股份的涉嫌操纵活动，在市场失当行为审裁处（审裁处）对鼎益丰控股集团国际有限公司（鼎益丰）前主席兼非执行董事隋广义（男）、两家公司实体及其他28名嫌疑人展开研讯程序。
香港证监会指出，在2018年10月31日至2019年3月11日期间，隋广义及其他30个嫌疑犯就智能股份进行操纵交易，以推高股价及成交量，导致造成智能股份交投活跃和有关股价的虚假或具误导性的表象。该等嫌疑犯的证券帐户之间的配对交易占智能股份在关键时间相当大的一部分成交量。
由于截至2018年12月31日，智能股份占鼎益丰总资产的21.68%，因此智能股价的大幅上升亦为鼎益丰带来重大投资收益。
香港证监会曾发出限制通知书，以冻结与智能股份的涉嫌市场操纵活动有关的证券帐户。有关的限制通知书仍然有效。香港证监会感谢中国证券监督管理委员会在调查过程中提供协助。
