【尼日利亚ALSCON电解铝厂即将复产】金十期货11月12日讯，中国化学工程集团公司（CNCEC）与BFI集团签署了一项协议，通过提供关键的天然气处理和发电支持，助力尼日利亚铝冶炼公司（ALSCON）复产，解决其能源供应问题，为冶炼厂恢复生产和未来扩建奠定基础。ALSCON位于尼日利亚阿夸伊博姆州，自2012年停产，停产前，该工厂铭牌产能为9.6万吨，俄铝（UC RUSAL）控股85%。然而，目前尼日利亚政府与俄铝存在股权争议。BFI集团作为该项目私有化的核心投资者，旨在恢复并提升该厂产能，将其提升到19.3万吨，并配套建立一个540MW的发电厂。未来，BFI集团的进一步目标是将ALSCON的铝产能再扩展50%，发电能力扩张100%，并升级港口和生活设施，推动区域经济发展和就业增长。
